Technical Officer, Operations (Singapore)

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Operations Department in project delivery by liaising with clients for project requirements, preparing project drawings, proposals and technical submissions within predetermined schedules
  • Responsible for maintaining design and technical specifications of equipment and materials
  • Coordinate with Professional Engineers for design calculations and endorsements
  • Responsible for maintaining project drawings and submissions
  • Provides engineering support to in-house projects
  • Involved in annual ISO audit
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites

  • NTC or ITC or diploma in architecture or equivalent qualifications
  • Experienced in AutoCAD 3D and BIM, and able to understand architectural or structural drawings
  • Team player who is independent and organised, able to multi-task within tight deadlines, and has strong work ethics and communication skills

Manager, Projects (Singapore)

Main Responsibilities

  • Design access solutions to fulfill clients’ project requirements
  • Responsible for project delivery within predetermined schedules and in accordance with clients’ requirements, safe work procedures, manufacturer's specifications and government regulations
  • Coordinate logistical, administrative and operational project aspects, including managing teams and liaising with clients for project requirements and progress
  • Conduct site inspection and take prompt corrective action where necessary
  • Evaluate team performance and assist in allocation of new tasks
  • Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites

  • Valid Class 3 driving licence
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to multi-task within tight timelines
  • Ability to understand architectural or structural drawings will be an advantage

Accounts Manager, Sales & Marketing (Singapore)

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather business prospects, market and client information through site visits and cold-calls
  • Penetrate new markets, develop new clientele and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Design access solutions and prepare quotations to fulfill clients’ project requirements
  • Involved in project delivery by coordinating contractual scope of work between client and the operations department, and responding to clients’ feedback and etc
  • Monitor clients’ payment status, assist in collecting receivables and finalize project accounts for completed projects.
  • Involved in various marketing events and initiatives
  • Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites

  • Diploma or degree in any field of study. Engineering, Building Construction or Business-related disciplines will be an advantage
  • Valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, and self-discipline, and ability to multi-task and work independently

Administrative Executive, Operations (Malaysia)

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations
  • Involved in project delivery by receiving clients' purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for eqiupment testing and maintenance, responding to clients' requests where necessary
  • Responsible for preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with clients
  • Responsible for monitoring clients' payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects
  • Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation 
  • Responsible for monthly financial and inventory reports to management
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites

  • SPM or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel 
  • Language proficiency will be an advantage
  • Team player who is organised with initiative, able to multi-task within tight deadlines, nad has strong work ethics and communication skills
